This is guidebook is a signed copy by the author John Young. It is an atlas of Pennsylvania's greatest hiking adventures. There are over 3,000 miles of hiking trails, most on public lands. Hiking in PA is about climbing mountains. There are six distinct mountain ranges in the state. More than half the hikes are located in state parks which means they are well cared for.
The book contains:

-- GPS-quality, digitally designed relief maps detailing each hike.
-- Accurate route profiles showing the ups and downs of each hike
-- Details mile-by-mile directional cues, difficulty ratings, elevation gain, trail contacts, and location information.
